Our industry caters to Candidates who have had previous Direct Mail and Marketing experience, as well as those who are just starting out. All employees receive comprehensive and extensive orientation and training. ARS maintains a competitive wage and benefits package. ARS operates 24 hours, 5 days per week, represented by three shifts:
Lettershop
ARS operates 24 hours, 7 days per week, represented by two shifts and two teams.
- A.M. Shift: 6:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
- P.M. Shift: 6:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m.
Pressroom
ARS operates 24 hours, 7 days per week, represented by two shifts and two teams.
- A.M. Shift: 6:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
- P.M. Shift: 6:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m.

- Maintenance Mechanic – Full Time
- Estimator Print and Mailshop – Full Time
- Mail Sorters / Machine Operators
- Printing Press Operator – 12 hour shifts | 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM | Thursday, Friday, Saturday and every other Wednesday.
- Roll Tender / Press Helper – 12 Hour Shift | 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
