Objective: Promote new merged company in markets to position the combined brand names.
Strategy: Create promotions that reinforce the new combined brands of JPMorgan Chase and BankOne.
Execution: Assisted in the creation and execution of multiple promotional programs, from online random draw to Instant Win sweepstakes programs. We consulted and provided guidance with the rules to stay in compliance with various state laws. For the online programs, we hosted the sites and created databases to receive the entries. We also created an online Administrative site where the client could access real time report data. When appropriate, we combined our data with data received from the client. Client data was generally entries received by opening a new account during the promotional period, etc. Additionally, we worked with the client’s agency and printer and supervised the printing of materials to insure the integrity of the promotions. We conducted the drawings, verified the winners, and issued the prizes.
